Hello HD41 Neighborhood Leaders, New, Returning, and those we've gained from other districts!
Campaign Finance & Us
From: Eric Carlson (treasurer@clackamasdems.org)Â
Subject: in-kind contribution form, two styles, 2020/04/16
Neighborhood Leaders ~
I've attached two styles of our in-kind contribution form. One is a fillable PDF, the other is a Word document.
In the "Description" box, the description is for the items donated. All a donor needs to say in the description box is "stamps", or "envelopes", or "stamps and envelopes"Â
In the "Value" box, the amounts are aggregated. Â
Values:
-- stamps = 58 cents each, no matter what the donor may have paid for older
versions of Forever stamps.
-- envelopes = 5 cents each, or the cost to the donor, which ever is greater. Â
Clackamas Democrats bought envelopes for a nickel apiece. Â
If I buy a box of 45 Strip and Seal envelopes at Fred Meyer for $1.99, I would get to claim a value of 5 cents (rounded up) each for the ones you use.Â

In a string of crazy long days past, present & the short-term future, being made with HUGE support from Bill Street and his volunteer crew, we expect to have all the turfs loaded into NLP & distributed before the ballots arrive.
We are click, click, clicking as fast as we all can & are working to have the bulk of turfs finalized by this weekend. That goal is a stretch.
Yes. This is late
YOUR PATIENCE AND HUMOR are appreciated
The Best time to walk (or have mail delivered) is the weekend of April 28th. Gratefully:Â
Bill's team is helping with the really massive effort it takes to correct all the data that census-related redistricting created. They are helping to load the walklists into the OregonNLP database.
Jason will also email your PDFs starting this weekend to help ensure you've got what you need to get started. Look for those emails. Log into OregonNLP, & join the 7pm training on 4/28 to learn more!
We will build on this imperfect groundwork of this Primary cycle and polish it it up in time for the General election.
Questions about turfs? Contact Jason R.
We appreciate all of youÂ
