"The November 8, 2022, election will include Milwaukie City Council positions 1, 2, and 4 and the mayor’s position. Positions 2 and 4 and the mayor's position will be on the ballot because those position terms end in December 2022. Position 1 is on the ballot as a special election to fill a vacancy created by a Councilor resignation. "
